All G.BINSKY the pieces are made to order. Allow up to 2-3 weeks for you order to be made. In case the piece is available in stock and can be shipped earlier we will contact you by e-mail. 

All orders are shipped via CTT. Delivery times are estimates, G.BINSKY will not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier service.

Refunds and Exchanges

All our jewelry is handmade to order, please consider this when you make your purchase. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may exchange or return it within 7 days of receiving your item. The piece must be unaltered and unused. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges both ways. Write us an e-mail prior to any exchange. Pieces must be returned in their original packaging. 

We are not responsible for any lost packages during the return process. Please send an e-mail to contact@gbinsky.com prior to any exchange or if you have any questions.
